3. The student should understand the conditions and causes of inheritance, and the individuals who inherit under each cause.
4. The student should know the impediments to inheritance.
5. The student should understand the two types of inheritance, and the individuals who inherit under each type.
6. The student should be able to inventory an estate and differentiate between heirs and non-heirs.
7. The student should be proficient in distributing shares to each heir in hypothetical cases.
